YELS '08 Announced

The YELS event for this coming summer (08) at Shoshone. Dates are August 3 to 6.

2nd Sunday - Confirmation Program

Second Sunday is now in full swing, meeting every second Sunday of the month at Central Lutheran Church, 4pm - 6pm. We are blessed to be lead in worship each month by the incredible Drawing Two. With 20 churches coming together we have a big crowd, and an excellent confirmation program!

Youth Gathering 2007

The Youth Gathering 2007 (Nov 9-11) was a huge success with 162 in attendance. The weekend was a lot of fun, with the highlights including Tangled Blue, Steve Bond, Dan Baker and the servant projects.

The Mayhem

Midnight Mayhem

It ended up being a great success; we had 15 Lutheran churches attending, and 120 people were “locked out” together. The evening began at Central Lutheran, where there was pizza, games and Tangled Blue. We then headed to Lilac Lanes for two hours of bowling and then onto Wonderland for three hours of arcade games, mini-golf and laser tag. We finished the night off with breakfast in St.Lukes Lutheran. It was great to see so many churches coming together, especially for the small churches that only have a couple of teenagers in their church.

It really does beg the question, what do we do next?
